Going to Hollywood…Florida, that is – hope to see you there!

The Fall ERE conference and the IAEWS Fall meeting are coming, folks – and the Job Board Doctor will be there. I hope you will be, too.

If you don’t know already, IAEWS is the organization for the job board industry – they’ve recently taken a leading position in the fight against .jobs.  The IAEWS is a great chance to talk shop with other job board owners, learn more about what is happening in our industry (including, of course, developments with .jobs), and learn about new tools, technologies, and ideas that you can take home and use on your own site. Plus you’ll give me the chance to meet you, in person, in the flesh, instead of continuing this virtual relationship we have!

ERE.net has delivered great content about online recruiting for a very long time, both via its excellent website and through its conferences and meetups. Yours truly will be leading a session on how to create job ads that actually work, and I invite you to attend. (In fact, IAEWS usually offers a special combo deal if you purchase your Fall meeting in conjunction with ERE’s conference. A deal is a deal.)
